The SIG MCX Pistol is essentially a scaled down version of the renowned SIG MCX Rattler – a weapon designed for US Special Operations Command as a new Personal Defense Weapon (PDW) to replace the MP5. The SIG MCX pistol excels at applications in confined spaces, such as CQC or home defense, and makes for a pretty handy truck-gun as well. Like its larger rifle counterpart, the SIG MCX pistol utilizes a short-stroke recoil gas piston operating system. This innovative design sets the MCX apart from other AR/M4 platforms in the sense that it doesn’t require a buffertube, making all weapons in the MCX series considerably shorter when compared to traditional AR/M4 designs. Instead of a buffertube, the MCX pistol features a picatinny rail, allowing accessories such as folding stocks (with proper NFA paperwork) and folding braces to be installed without impacting functionality. Aside from the lack of a buffertube, the MCX Pistol’s design, operation, and controls are identical to AR-type platforms such as an ambidextrous AR charging handle, ambidextrous safety selector, and ambidextrous magazine release. In addition, the MCX Pistol features a full length flattop picatinny rail for the installation of optics and iron sights.

When a suppressed weapon fires a large number of shots, the expanding gasses eject backwards towards the operator. This gas blowback is not only an annoyance, but also makes it more difficult for the operator to breathe and see. B&T’s RBS (Reduced Back Pressure) Suppressor Series was designed to counter this problem by minimizing gas blowback as well as reducing fouling. The RBS suppressor utilizes a unique low-pressure chamber to absorb a considerable amount of the expanding gasses, which in turn decreases the back pressure. In addition, RBS Suppressors are available in multiple calibers and configurations.
Features of the B&T RBS Suppressor:
Minimizes gas-blowback
Reduces fouling
Available in multiple calibers and configurations
The BT APC9 pistol with polymer frame; removable polymer grips; 5.5” barrel; low profile adjustable sights; dual auto-folding, non-reciprocating charging handle; side positioned bolt hold open/release; Magpul M-Lok accessory slots; closed bolt direct blowback system; hydraulic shock absorbing buffer; ambidextrous safety; 33-round magazine; and coyote tan finish.
The B&T APC9K, made up of the highest quality, meticulously machined components fitted with the Swiss-made precision that B&T is known for, brings a new level of performance and adaptability to the APC platform.
At the heart of this pistol’s operation is a hydraulic shock-absorbing buffer system that greatly mitigates recoil and enhances overall accuracy. More features of the BT APC9K include a 9mm-chambered barrel that is just 5.5 inches long; folding low profile adjustable sights for faster target acquisition; a dual auto-folding, non-reciprocating charging handle that hardly snags on loose clothing/equipment; ambidextrous controls including a safety selector switch; as well as improved lower receiver ergonomics including a flattop Picatinny rail for optics, an under-barrel rail for lights/lasers, a side positioned bolt hold open/release, and removable M4-compatible grips.
Shipped with a 33-round extended magazine, this B&T APC9K Pro for sale comes with a lower receiver outfitted to also accept widely available Glock magazines. The B&T APC9K Pro Glock magazine-compatible is in addition designed to accept an SB Tactical brace.
KAC’s Pressure Reduction Technology (PRT) Signature Reduction Device line blends the proven durability and acoustic performance of the previous generation of KAC suppressors with pressure reduction design.
These suppressors are specifically engineered to release the majority of the pressure contained in the device and bore prior to the operating system beginning extraction, which significantly reduces the negative effects of suppressor integration, and reduces felt recoil compared to a traditional suppressor with the same level of sound reduction.
Muzzle flash, and specifically first-round flash, has also been directly addressed and minimized with the PRT design. The Quick Disconnect (QDC) mounting method ensures reduced carbon-lock, as well as minimal but repeatable point of impact shift when transitioning between suppressed and unsuppressed configurations.
For interval maintenance, the PRT devices can be cleaned with commonly used bore solvents or ultrasonic tank cleaning with a water rinse.
The Knight’s Armament 5.56 QDC/CRS-PRT connects to all 5.56 QDC Muzzle Devices.
