• Products that are in a in new, unused and unopened state are eligible to be returned within 15 days of their purchase date for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
• To make a return, please submit a completed return request by calling (678) 990-3038 or emailing info@kfarmory.com.
• Once we process your request, we will email you a prepaid shipping label
• Carefully pack the items in the same box or one of similar size
• Secure the label on the package
• Drop it off with USPS or FedEx (determined by your product you are returning.)
• Once your items arrive here, your funds will return back to your original payment method
