The Micro Trauma Kit NOW!, or Micro TKN, is the smallest version of the Trauma Kit NOW! for every day carry. It is designed to hold essential lifesaving medical supplies on a belt.

The Micro TKN was designed as an Every Day Carry trauma kit for law enforcement professionals, prepared citizens, or hunters. Deployment of critical first aid supplies can be done with one hand or a single finger from either the left or right side by pulling the BLIP featured pull tabs. The Micro TKN consists of two main components – the outer MOLLE or Belt mounted pouch utilizing the Ten-Speed technology, and a removable insert that keeps medical supplies organized.

Deploying critical life saving first aid supplies can be done in seconds by pulling the BLIP featured pull tabs. The Micro Trauma Kit’s inner removable insert keeps medical supplies organized and available for instant access.

Belt Attachment Method
The Micro TKN Belt Pouch is available in two attachment / wear methods. The “Belt Pouch” version features two adjustable hook and loop tabs that can fit on almost any belts – from every day pants belts to 2″ duty belts.

Medical Supplies that fit in the Micro Trauma Kit NOW!
The front outer pouch features a laser cut medical cross insignia unique to Blue Force Gear.  An included blue insert gives a contrasting indication that it is a medical kit or the insert can be removed for a low profile, color matched insignia.

The MTKN remains a favorite of military, first responder and civilian users. Available in belt and Helium Whisper attachment configurations, the proprietary miniaturized trauma components provide the capabilities of a full sized IFAK in the size and weight of a lesser equipped kit and is designed for ambidextrous use. The medical supplies available for this product are currently available in the Essential, PRO, or Advanced Version of medical kits.

Essential Medical Supplies

The ESSENTIALS Fill Level has just what you need to address the #1 cause of traumatic death – BLEEDING. Designed for those who have a minimal level or no medical training, the medical components in the ESSENTIALS fill allow for bleeding control and hypothermia prevention. Most people don’t realize that hypothermia often follows a traumatic injury and can cause death. It is always best to include a primary tourniquet with a trauma kit for life threatening bleeding from an extremity. The tourniquet should be carried separately from the trauma kit so that it is readily available to the provider in case they are injured and have to self-apply the tourniquet.

Trauma Gloves (Rolled 1x Pair)
Bear Claw Ultimate Nitrile gloves are made of 100% Nitrile material (NO LATEX). Design includes textured fingertips to help with fine motor skills, beaded cuffs for quick and easy donning and a thickened palm for durability and reliability. The pair of gloves are rolled/ folded and wrapped with a paper “napkin ring” that makes the form factor of the gloves better for some kit configurations.

Hemostatic, QuikClot Bleeding Control Dressing, White (1x)
Over The Counter hemostatic dressing designed for commercial customer sale. The dressing is rolled and is 3” wide x 4 feet long.

Mini Compression Dressing (1x)”
Our smallest and thinnest trauma compression bandage, the H&H Mini Compression Bandage provides the same emergency trauma capabilities as our Thin H bandage in a smaller, more versatile package.

Flat Fold Tape (1x)
Flat fold duct tape. Good for medical and other uses. Inexpensive. 2” wide by 100” long. Folded into 2”x6”x0.2” configuration.

Hypothermia Blanket (1x)
Mylar hypothermia blanket. Green on one side, silver on the other. Packaged individually in a ziplock baggie, 52”x 82” (30 sq ft) unfolded, 2 oz weight, 4.5”x3”x0.5” packaged.
