RETURNS: NEW firearms and accessories are covered by Manufacturer Warranty, USED firearms are SOLD AS IS. Once a new firearm is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired. Firearms, suppressors/silencers, ammunition, the modular interlocking ballistic blocks (MIB2S), body armor, helmets, hats, mounted scopes or optics, night vision devices, thermal optics, custom configured products, used products, special orders, “Sale Items,” products sold “All Sales Final”, and “As-Is” are non-returnable. If approved by Management, a 20% restocking fee applies to all other merchandise accepted for return. All items accepted for return must be in the original packaging.
Seller reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.
KF Armory, LLC offers a thirty (30) day return/refund policy. You must contact KF Armory, LLC by email at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to any return or refund to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please do not ship any returns to us without an RMA number as this could result in significant delays of your return or refusal of your shipment. All returns must include the original receipt and/or invoice, along with the billing address, shipping address, contact phone numbers, contact emails, and RMA number. Returns and/or refunds will take up to 14 business days, not including transit times.
Items that are unused and in the original, unopened, sealed packaging can be returned without a restocking fee. If the packaging has been opened or damaged on the unused product, the product can be returned subject to a 20% restocking fee. The return must include all accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that were shipped with the product. Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds.
Products that are not subject to return are firearms, suppressor/silencers, ammunition, body armor, helmets, mounted scopes or optics, night vision devices, thermal optics, custom configured products, used products, special orders, “Sale Items,” products sold “All Sales Final”, and “As-Is”.
If you wish to exchange the unused, uninstalled, and unopened items, please contact email@example.com for an RMA number. In order to expedite the handling of your orders, we do not process traditional exchanges. Instead, please place a new, separate order online for the new item(s) that you want and simultaneously request an RMA to return the original item for a refund.
It is recommended that you return merchandise to KF Armory, LLC with a carrier that offers tracking numbers and full value insurance on the parcels. KF Armory, LLC cannot be responsible for any packages that are lost while being shipped to us. Please note that the USPS Priority Mail does not offer full tracking capabilities on packages, and they will only initiate a trace on packages after a 30 day waiting period.
