Order and Shipping Policy

FIREARMS

All firearms and federally regulated items including firearm receivers and suppressors will only be shipped to a valid U.S. FFL/SOT holder in accordance with local, state, and federal law.

A shipping fee will be added to all federally regulated items to cover the cost of insured shipping and processing of these items to valid U.S. FFL/SOT holders. Additional charges may be levied for shipment(s) of federally regulated items to valid U.S. FFL/SOT holders in Alaska and Hawaii.

Requests for expedited shipment of federally regulated items to valid U.S. FFL/SOT holders are available for additional cost.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Please ensure that you have a valid, government-issued photo ID when picking up your firearm. When picking up your firearm in-store we ask that you provide your current, physical address on ATF Form 4473, the Firearms Transaction Record. Please note that if the address on your ID does not match your residential address you will be required to provide a second form of government-issued document for verification. (i.e. vehicle registration, vehicle title, hunting license, or voter ID card). Please contact local authorities if you have any questions regarding federal, state or local laws related to purchasing firearms.

All federally regulated items ordered for in-store pickup will not be charged a shipping fee, however Georgia sales tax will be assessed.

BACKORDERS

We do our best to keep our products in stock, however there may be products which are backordered. Products out of stock, but available for backorder will be labeled “Available on backorder” on the product detail page and within the shopping cart if the selected item is on backorder. We will do whatever is in our power to fulfill backorders as soon as possible. All orders placed online or the internet will be prepaid backorders. When a backordered item arrives to us, we will ship it to you, the customer, when it is received.

Backorders are often demanded for popular, “hard-to-get”, low-output and/or out-of-sequence product runs by the manufacturer. We will inform you of our estimated date of receipt by the manufacturer (i.e. 30-60 days, etc.).

SHIPPING

All firearms and federally regulated items including firearm receivers and suppressors will only be shipped to a valid U.S. FFL/SOT holder in accordance with local, state, and federal law.

Effective immediately all non-regulated items will be shipped to your billing address associated with your credit card. If you require your items to be shipped to a location other than your billing address please contact us directly. Please have your government issued ID and credit card available for verification.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are calculated based on shipping rates provided by FedEx®. The rates are calculated in real time based on the combined package weight, dimensional volume of your order, and the origination and destination zip codes.

Individual firearms and other federally regulated items shipped to an FFL/SOT will normally be charged a flat fee unless actual shipping charge exceeds this fee.

P.O. BOXES

If the shipping/destination address is a P.O. Box, KF Armory must utilize the U.S. Post Office (USPS) to ship your package. Purchaser will assume all risks for orders shipped to P.O. Boxes.

FPO/APO ADDRESS

If the shipping/destination address is a FPO/APO CONUS, AK, or HI address, KF Armory may utilize the U.S. Post Office (USPS) to ship your package. However, if your FPO/APO address is located overseas we may be unable to fulfill your order as some products are restricted from U.S. export. Please contact us at info@kfarmory.com if you have any questions regarding specific items.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

KF Armory values America’s law enforcement, military, and first responders. If you are being immediately deployed, require your products as soon as possible, or otherwise need expedited shipping, please call KF Armory at 678.990.3038 to verify inventory and arrange expedited shipping, otherwise your order will follow our normal shipping schedule.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

Signature Required service or Adult Signature Required service may be utilized at the discretion of the KF Armory, LLC. Most orders under $500 may not require a signature at the time of delivery, however, all orders over $500 may be sent signature or adult signature required unless otherwise directed. Purchaser will assume all risks if orders are shipped without a signature or adult signature required service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do ship outside the United States to pre-approved purchasers and vendors, however additional handling charges may be applied in addition to the shipping charge. Please email us at info@kfarmory.com for details.

SHIPPING TIMES

In-stock orders will be shipped within 48 business hours of placement unless you remit payment via check or money order, in which case we may hold your order until your check or money order clears our bank (10 – 14+ business days). On occasion, we may become backordered on an item after you placed your order. Under these situations, there will be a delay and we will contact you regarding alternative items and/or next steps. Please contact us at info@kfarmory.com if you need your order by a specific date.

NOTE: During holidays orders may take longer to ship than normal.

PACKAGE TRACKING

Order tracking is normally provided with every order shipped by FedEx and USPS. Please login to your KF Armory account, go to https://kfarmory.com/track-order/, review your order confirmation email, or email us at  info@kfarmory.com to receive your tracking information for your order.
