SureFire’s revolutionary SOCOM65-Ti is the lightest suppressor we make,
but if you want the best in noise attenuation, quality materials, and
precision craftsmanship, it’s a genuine heavy hitter.
Designed to meet and exceed military sniper rifle suppressor specifications,
the SOCOM65-Ti is optimized for use with bolt-action 6 mm, 6.5 mm and
.260 caliber weapon systems, making it an excellent suppressor choice for
hunting applications and precision rifle competition. Of course, the Ti in
its model name stands for titanium, and it should come as no surprise that
SureFire employs only high-grade titanium alloys to produce a premium
suppressor that weighs a mere 11 ounces while maintaining our strictest
durability standards.
But it isn’t just exotic materials that make the SOCOM65-Ti. Our engineers
painstakingly crafted, the SOCOM65-Ti’s internal venting technology to
evenly distribute thermodynamic gases, greatly reducing pressure impulse
effects on the projectile as it clears the muzzle. Precision manufacturing
tolerances, strict attention to bore concentricity and suppressor alignment,
and our versatile Fast-Attach® mounting system combine to provide the
best titanium suppressor available.
Built for consistent performance and a long service life, every SureFire
suppressor is proudly designed and manufactured in the U.S.A.

The LEGION P229 is finished in a Cerakote® Elite LEGION gray coating, custom G-10 grips with a LEGION medallion, the new SIG SAUER Electro-Optics X-RAY high visibility day/night sights and will ship with three magazines. The P229 in DA/SA include a reduced and contoured Elite beavertail, which allows for a higher grip, but a reduced profile, thus eliminating printing. More aggressive front strap checkering and additional checkering under the trigger guard enhance the grip. An X-Five undercut has been applied to the trigger guard, allowing for a higher grip and greater control. Front cocking serrations provide greater purchase for cycling the action, clearing the firearm, or conducting press checks. The pistol is available in 9 mm and also features low profile decocking and slide catch levers to reduce the risk of snagging. An enhanced polished action with the SRT (Short-Reset Trigger) is augmented with a Grayguns, Inc. designed P-SAIT trigger. In addition, a solid steel guide rod adds weight where it matters most.
This firearm is available both with or without a manual safety. A manual safety – when engaged – is designed to mechanically prevent the firearm from discharging when the trigger is pressed, either intentionally or unintentionally. You should consider whether a manual safety on a handgun is right for you based on your experience level and intended use, keeping in mind best practices for safe firearms handling. It is possible for the trigger to be unintentionally pressed even under normal handling circumstances.
A manual safety is designed to augment, not replace, safe firearm handling practices. You are responsible to protect against unintentional trigger movement while carrying any firearm. Even if you elect to purchase a pistol equipped with a manual safety, you must ensure that the trigger is not contacted in any circumstance other than when you intend to fire the pistol, particularly if you elect to carry your pistol with a round in the chamber. If you have a round in the chamber and the trigger is pressed to the rear, the pistol will fire, absent an engaged manual safety.
