The Super Duty® MOD1 is the current evolution of the Super Duty platform, incorporating continuous design development to provide superior ergonomics and modularity while maintaining the legendary balance of performance and reliability. Foundational to the renowned quality and performance of this Super Duty system is the in-house produced Cold Hammer Forged, chrome-lined barrel and Nanoweapon-coated Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group. Both the Geissele CHF barrel and Forged Stressproof Bolt are High-Pressure Tested (HPT) and Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI), and work in concert to achieve unmatched dependability with match-grade accuracy. The Super Duty features a precisely balanced gas system, including the bomb-proofed Super Gas Block and fine-tuned gas port sizing.

KAC URX 4 IBN Keymod Rail 5.56mm 13.0″ Length
URX 4 The URX 4 is a continuous top-rail system that utilizes the Keymod mounting brackets developed by Vltor and Noveske. This rail system is built stronger and more stable than previous designs due to the absence of a removable bottom rail. The modular layout allows an end user to fully customize exactly where to place accessories without the use of specialized tools, small parts, or additional forces applied to the barrel.
The URX 4 is currently available for 5.56 rifles in 8.5, 10, 10.75″, 13, and 14.5 lengths, and is equipped with Knights unique IBN mounting configuration. The idea was to create a more modular, and thus more serviceable, rail system that still maintains its strength and stiffness. The IBN system torques the rail onto the weapon and allows the rail to act as the barrel nut. This design was developed to increase stabilization and provide a simpler solution that requires less specialized tools to install and maintain.
A full array of modular accessories, iron sights, and panel kits utilizing the Keymod mounting brackets have been developed specifically to accompany this rail system. With the introduction of the URX 4, Knights Armament Company demonstrates its continuing determination to intelligently design effective products.
Two QD sling swivel sockets built in at the rear of the rail. Includes shim kit and installation wrench.

Keymod mounted, 7-slot MILSTD 1913 picatinny rail segment. Fits the KAC URX 4 or other Keymod-style rails.
This KAC Keymod Accessory Rail is 3.7″ in length and provides a 7 slot section of mil-spec M1913 Picatinny rail for the addition of tactical accessories. Designed specifically for the URX 4 handguard, this rail section is also compatible with any other rifle handguard that has a Keymod interface. Aluminum construction.
